Chef Sergi Arola

Charismatic, rebel, Catalan chef.

Passionate about motorbikes, Spain, Portugal, India and the world. A Rock ’n’ Roll star who loves to cook.

He gained his star status after working with renowned chefs such as Ferran Adrià of the “el Buli” and the acclaimed Pierre Gagnaire.

Chef Arola has launched dining concepts in Abu Dhabi, Mumbai, Verbier, Santiago de Chile, Barcelona and Madrid and became an international culinary sensation and television personality after participating in various television programs such as Master Chef. With his stamp on a variety of award-winning restaurants Sergi Arola has achieved what so many are keen to gain … international fame.

Chef Pedro Almeida

Pedro was certain that his future would be to please the palates of others.

His love of Japanese cuisine, however, came later in life, whilst working with Paulo Morais, one of the best sushi chefs in Portugal at the time. Discipline, perseverance and attention to detail only served to further Pedro’s enthusiasm for Japanese gastronomy.

In 2011 Chef Pedro was in charge of the opening of MOMO restaurant at Casino Lisboa and shortly after was hired by Penha Longa Resort as Junior Sous Chef of Midori restaurant.

In Midori, Pedro Almeida discovered the inspiration and foundations for a fusion cuisine between Portugal and Japan. It was not long before he achieved the title of Head Chef of Midori restaurant and Executive Chef of the entire resort.

We want to make your meals, simple, organized and memorable without having to leave your home.

The materials used, mostly cardboard and recycled plastic are produced in Europe, 100% natural and organically grown.

Whatever the order, we guarantee a wide range of resilient packaging, bags and trays that will keep your food at the ideal temperature until you arrive home.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payments must be made at the time of pick-up;
  • Orders above €500 require an advance payment;
  • We advise that the food is consumed within 24 hours of receipt. The hotel will not be responsible for any consumption of the products outside this time period;
  • The hotel can arrange deliveries in Lisbon, Estoril/Cascais or Sintra;
  • Delivery fee - Sintra: 10€ | Estoril/Cascais: 15€ | Lisbon: 25€;
  • Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand;
  • Menus are available during restaurant opening hours;
  • Orders for the "24 HOUR MENU" are available 24 hours
