One of the strengths of Penha Longa Resort, is undoubtedly the gastronomy. With our vast property and climate of the region, we are allowed to have fresh and organic ingredients.

Chef Vladimir Veiga is the responsible for this initiative, in which we cultivate different types of kale, spinach, leek, melon, and some spices such as mint, basil, thyme, parsley, coriander.

All of these ingredients go straight to our restaurants, because more than a trend, sustainability is the future, and Penha Longa Resort is currently focused on it.
